This is our first day in Australia and we had a blast! We are staying in a apartment complex for the first week while we house hunt. We have 9 bags. NINE BAGS!!!!!!! We flew for a day and a half from Chicago to get here. I like Australia so far and so are my parents! Today when we got of the air plane we headed for the apartment complex we were staying in and settled in. After that we headed in to the down town area where we got some things done and we came back to the apartment complex.

Made It!

After a very long day and a half of travels, we finally made it to Melbourne. Other than dumping all of our bags into our week rental, we walked around like zombies for a while and got a couple of necessities out of the way. It's actually pretty amazing how much we condensed our house down to the bare essentials in the move. The bag pile doesn't look very daunting from this picture!
